Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due prior to the session as outlined in your invoice.

Your date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted with reasonable notice.

In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the session may be rescheduled at the discretion of Noora Ziaei Wedding Studio.

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking retainer.

Session Time

Pre-wedding sessions include coverage for the agreed duration outlined in your package.

Late arrival by the client does not extend session time.
Additional coverage, if available, will be charged at an hourly rate.

Creative Direction

All sessions are filmed and photographed in the signature artistic style of Noora Ziaei Wedding Studio.

Editing style, colour grading, music selection, and final curation remain at creative discretion. Raw/unedited files are not included unless agreed upon in advance.

Delivery Timeline

Final photographs and/or films will be delivered digitally within the timeframe specified in your package confirmation.

All content is delivered in high resolution via secure online gallery or digital transfer.

Location & Permits

Clients are responsible for securing any required permits or venue permissions for their chosen location.

Drone footage is subject to location regulations and weather conditions.

Usage Rights

Noora Ziaei Wedding Studio retains copyright of all images and films.

By booking a session, clients grant permission for content to be used for portfolio, website, and social media unless a written privacy request is made in advance.

Liability

While every care is taken to ensure professional standards and backup equipment, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in the unlikely event of technical failure.

Clients are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during the session.
