FAQ - WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Wedding photography package prices are dependent on wedding location and availability. Contact us here, on Social Media, or at noora@noorazii.com for current package pricing.

HOW DO WE BOOK & PAY?
Once you decide on your package, We’ll send you a contract that will need to be signed and returned with the retainer fee. Once those two items are received, the next step is to celebrate.

WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Yes. We provide photo and video services Australia-wide.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?
We typically deliver roughly 15-35 Highly Edited photos, 50-per-hour enhanced and color-corrected photos. Refer to the contract for the exact agreed number.

DO YOU PROVIDE A PRINT RELEASE FOR THE PHOTOS?
Yes. You receive edited high-resolution (ready-to-print) digital images that you can take and print on your own. In addition, we also provide printing services, including high-quality album boxes with custom USB and framed prints.

DO YOU RECOMMEND ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Absolutely. Engagement sessions allow us to build a relationship before the wedding. It will help get you comfortable in front of the camera before spending an entire wedding day with us photographing you. But if we don't get to take engagement photos together, we'll still get incredible images from the wedding day.

WHEN SHOULD WE SCHEDULE OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
It will all depend on your use of the photos. If you'd like to use them for save-the-date cards then it's best to schedule the session months in advance. If there is no need to have them done by a certain date then we can schedule them weeks before the wedding day.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes. Let us know if your venue requires our info.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We shoot with Medium format Fujifilm GFX 100s, Sony a7siii, Sony a7V and few other cameras with a wide range of professional lenses, including a Macro lens to get that beautiful closeup of rings and jewelry. We also provide lighting equipment, including three Godox AD600pro lights with a Beauty dish and Softbox.
We use the highest-quality Audio devices, including Zoom H8
For Drone, we use Mavic 3 Classic and Mini 3 Pro
Please note that equipment varies depending on the agreed package.

Will there be a 2nd or 3rd photographer?
Yes. Additional photographers will help cover more of the event and ensure no moment is missed. This will be specified in the contract.

FAQ - WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY

DO YOU USE LIGHTS?
Yes. The most common use is during the reception and we use them so that all of the video is crisp and clean. We understand that you may want soft and romantic lighting so we only use the lights when absolutely needed and turn them off when not required.

DO YOU FILM ELOPEMENTS?
Yes absolutely. We love the simplicity that elopements provide and how deeply focused on the couple they can be.

WILL YOU USE A DRONE?
Yes. We own a Drone that can provide incredible aerial footage.

DO YOU HAVE A SET STRUCTURE FOR THE DAY?
Yes and No. Each wedding is different, and each bride and groom is different. If there’s anything different about your day, please let us know before the wedding and we will do our best to capture it.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HIGHLIGHT FILM AND RAW FOOTAGE?
The final product of the wedding videography is the highlight film. Raw footage is unedited footage of the moments we capture throughout the day and then use it to complete the highlight film.

CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR THE FILM?
Due to licensing constraints, we can’t choose any song available in the world. We use a library of licensed songs that we can legally use in the films. We will choose the song based on the vibe, mood, and flow of your wedding day. The music will dictate the way the film is edited.

WHAT WILL THE SOUND QUALITY BE LIKE?
Getting really good audio is a big deal for us. We always strive to achieve the best possible quality audio through tie-clip mics and at any one time, have at least multiple hidden microphone sources stationed to ensure that we don’t miss anything and that the ‘I dos’ are as crisp and clean as possible.

HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE COMPLETED HIGHLIGHT FILM?
We aim to get the highlight film to you within 12 - 16 weeks. This is an estimation. We don’t rush the editing as we want to get the best out of the footage, so we ask that our couples remain patient and we will keep you updated on the process.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A NONREFUNDABLE RETAINER AND CONTRACT?
We require a nonrefundable retainer to reserve your date and hold it so if anyone else inquires, we can refer them to someone else. We require a contract to clearly lay out the terms and conditions for both parties so there is no gray area.

WHAT DOES THE FINAL PRODUCT CONSIST OF? VIDEO LENGTH?
A typical highlight film will be 3 - 8 minutes long.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE WE WOULD NEED TO MOVE FORWARD?
No, that is all we need! Approximately a month before your wedding date we will reach out and have you fill out our questionnaire(page under construction) to help ensure that every important moment is captured.
